Your personal data is processed by YouDoo IT (part of Younify BV, Industrieweg-Noord 1116, 3660 Oudsbergen (Opglabbeek)), for customer management based on the contractual relationship resulting from your order/purchase and for direct marketing (/to offer you new products or services) based on our legitimate interest in doing business. If you do not want us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, it is sufficient to inform us at info@youdoo-it.com.

 

If you do not enter any data on our website, there will also beno personal data processed.

We only process your email address via the website if you subscribe to our newsletter. The data will be kept as long as you do not unsubscribe from the newsletter. It will be removed within 3 months after unsubsribing.

If you would like a demo without obligation or if you fill in the contact form for any other reason, we will keep the data entered in order to contact you. They are included in our CRM system (Odoo).

Via hoi@youdoo-it.com you can also always ask what data we process about you and correct it or have it erased, or ask to transfer it. If you do not agree with the way in which we process your data, you can contact the Commission for the protection of privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
